There are 3 websites that give you E-coupons. These are coupons that are on put on your store shopper card and can be used with manufacturer coupons too. It is a great way to double or triple the savings. The nice thing is you download them to your card once or twice a month and then they are there when you shop. there are times that I have gotten the discount even when I had forgotten about the e-coupon. Todays Albertsons Trip
I bought 10 lbs of Ground beef
2 -2lb loaves of tillamoook cheese
1- 18 pack eggs
1 gallon milk
$22.18 I used the coupon on the ground beef from Albertsons ad and $10 catalina left over from last weeks sales. I consider this pretty good because I can't always get meat and cheese for real cheap. I will brown half of the ground beef, make meat balls and a meat loaf to save time too. Time is money and I am always looking for ways to save time.

This weeks sale Ads
I have to say personally that I am not very impressed with this weeks sale ads. There were very few things that i thought were a really good deal. the best things that i saw were the ground beef at Albertsons $1.88 lb and the tillamook cheese $4.99. Tillamook is our very favorite cheese and we need ground beef. I am going to use the $10 catalina that i had left from last weeks sales to take a chunk off of the price of the meat and cheese. I will also buy about 10lbs of the beef so that I don't end up having to pay full price next week. if there are double coupons in the sunday paper i will probably do more shopping just to get some free stuff and build up my pantry more. the nice thing about shopping this way is that I don't have to shop when the sales aren't very good and when they are really good I can stock up and even donate what I am not going to be able to use. I will post some of the really good deals if the doubles come out.

Coupon class
Looks like I may be having a coupon class this weekend at a friends house here in Mcminnville. boy there are some good deals lately!! I will let you know further if it comes together!!

3 bags of dried beans @ $1 each
5 packs of Caprisuns @ 1.49 each and also there were coupons for $1/2
3 packs freshpet dog food@ $2.49- coupons for Free
Used a Catalina from joint juice for $10 and paid out of pocket $16.00 ( this includes donation for breast cancer research). I also will be using the caprisuns for a rebate.

Rite Aid
Rite Aid is very fun this week too.
There are many things that are either free after rebate or free after Q's
Today I got the
Be Kool pack $1 and $1 rebate= free
feverall $1 and $1 rebate= free
Renu contact travel kit $.99 and there is an IP for $1 makes it free
Crest toothpaste is $2.69 and there is a q for .75 in this weeks paper and a rebate for $1.86 making it free.
Head and Shoulders Shampoo is 2/$8 and there is a Q for BOGO in todays paper and a rebate for $4 making it free for 2 bottles.
Finesse Shampoo is 2/$6 and there are q's for .75 on each and then to sweeten the deal is a rebate for $4 making them only .25 each.
Oral B toothbrush is $5.99 with a $4 rebate and a $1 Q making it only .99 for a battery powered toothbrush.
Some people are getting the kotex for $1 and using a $1 IP getting them free. I wasn't totally sure it would work and I have tons of the pantiliners.
Add the $5 off of $25 or more and there is some really good transaction out there!! hope you have as much fun as me!!

I said i was gonna talk about the meat sales and ended up talking about the cheap cereal and milk deal. Here is the meat deals that I saw.
chicken breast $1.99 lb this is good not great but I need meat and added with the $10 off it comes out good
Pork Loins BOGO free. There are also coupons from the Sunday flyers that will take $1 off and most stores will let you use 2
Hamburger patties are $1.99 lb- again this is good, not great but with the $10 off it comes out nice and this is the season for BBQs
Sliced cheese is on sale for .99 with Safeway coupon and there is an IP for $1/2 so .49 for kraft sliced cheese. This is a really good price and with the $10 it is great!!

I have decided it is time to start a blog to share with others in my local area the sales and coupon deals that I find. The best deals this week that I have seen grocery wise is at Safeway, that is unless Albertsons has their double coupons this weekend.
