Rite Aid is very fun this week too.
There are many things that are either free after rebate or free after Q's
Today I got the
Be Kool pack $1 and $1 rebate= free
feverall $1 and $1 rebate= free
Renu contact travel kit $.99 and there is an IP for $1 makes it free
Crest toothpaste is $2.69 and there is a q for .75 in this weeks paper and a rebate for $1.86 making it free.
Head and Shoulders Shampoo is 2/$8 and there is a Q for BOGO in todays paper and a rebate for $4 making it free for 2 bottles.
Finesse Shampoo is 2/$6 and there are q's for .75 on each and then to sweeten the deal is a rebate for $4 making them only .25 each.
Oral B toothbrush is $5.99 with a $4 rebate and a $1 Q making it only .99 for a battery powered toothbrush.
Some people are getting the kotex for $1 and using a $1 IP getting them free. I wasn't totally sure it would work and I have tons of the pantiliners.
Add the $5 off of $25 or more and there is some really good transaction out there!! hope you have as much fun as me!!

Albertsons
There are several things in Albertsons that excite me this week.
First there is the Kraft macaroni and cheese. It is part of the epic savings they are 10/$10. Take off $5 when you buy 10. Then there is the Buy 3 get one free coupons. It comes out to $3 for 10 and then there is a catalina that prints out for $2 so it comes to $1 for 10 boxes of mac and cheese.
Next thing there was the Nescafe Coffee stick packs. They are $10 for 10 and the IP is for .50 doubled it makes it free.
Next is the Oscar Meyer bologna. It is 10 for $10 and there are Qs for $1/ 2 doubled makes it free.
I also got the Snyders pretzels. They were 2/$4 and there are q's for $1 off doubled makes it free. Too bad these Qs expired today!

I said i was gonna talk about the meat sales and ended up talking about the cheap cereal and milk deal. Here is the meat deals that I saw.
chicken breast $1.99 lb this is good not great but I need meat and added with the $10 off it comes out good
Pork Loins BOGO free. There are also coupons from the Sunday flyers that will take $1 off and most stores will let you use 2
Hamburger patties are $1.99 lb- again this is good, not great but with the $10 off it comes out nice and this is the season for BBQs
Sliced cheese is on sale for .99 with Safeway coupon and there is an IP for $1/2 so .49 for kraft sliced cheese. This is a really good price and with the $10 it is great!!

I have decided it is time to start a blog to share with others in my local area the sales and coupon deals that I find. The best deals this week that I have seen grocery wise is at Safeway, that is unless Albertsons has their double coupons this weekend. Here are the deals that I have found. first of all there is the $10 off of $50 from Safeway and they have a couple of good meat deals which is what i really need for my family right now.
